Case:
The customer’s file system is NTFS/FAT, the operating system is Windows, the hard disk model is MK6465GSX, and the storage capacity is 640GB of Toshiba hard disk. The customer’s computer cannot be started.Replace the hard disk, but the customer’s hard disk data must be restored. Since the customer uses the Bitlocker encryption protection of the Win7 system, it needs to be decrypted.
Solution:
The engineer uses a custom bitlocker to decrypt the environment for decryption; and then perform a full mirror image on the fault disk; then recover the data from the mirror; and finally accept the recovered data.
