Case:
The customer said that he went to travel with friends and took some photos with his mobile phone.When I returned home at night, I wanted to store the photos on the computer and share a copy to my friends by the way.When the mobile phone is connected to the computer via the data cable, I find that the computer prompts to scan and repair the SD card, and click the scan and repair the button. After the scanning repair, the folder DCIM finds that there are only a few photos taken on the day.It’s about 100.Then find the data recovery center through the network.
Solution:
The engineer of the Data Recovery Center first detected that there was no hardware failure in the SD card. After that, a copy of Winhex cloned was used, and then I used Winhex to analyze the underlying data on the copy. After a detailed analysis calculation, it was found that the lost pictures were corrected to a Found.In the 000 file folder, the corrected files are all CHK files, and the underlying directory items have been lost.Fix the CHK files by the company’s own batch to restore the lost pictures.The data is satisfied with the customer acceptance of the data, and the data will be restored to the end.
