Customer laptop has been used normally before, and it was suddenly unable to turn on, so I took the notebook maintenance station for maintenance. The inspection found that it was a hard disk failure. The customer’s hard disk data was very important. So I found my center to help restore the data.
Solution:
The faulty device is the Seagate 500GB hard disk. After the hard disk is powered on, it is suspected that there is a problem with the hard disk circuit board. Check that the hard disk circuit board finds that there is a burning phenomenon. The judgment should be damaged by the hard disk circuit board. ThereforeAt the same time, the BIOS chip on the original damaged circuit board replaces the BIOS chip on the new circuit board (replacing the BIOS chip to identify it normally). After the replacement is completed, the hard disk can be identified normally, and the customer data is intact.
