Case:

Solution:
After receiving the case, our engineers quickly started analyzing. First of all, check the server array information in our engineer, and find that the RAID0 array of three hard disks is dropped, and there are two hard disks reporting red lights. Due to the order of the disk, the three hard disks are marked and the hard disk detection should be performed separately. Among them, two hard disks can be turned up after power -up, the hard disk cannot be admitted, the hard disk has a slight knocking sound, the detection result of the magnetic head damage failure, and the opening process needs to be performed. Remove the hard disk circuit disk from the hard disk, use a hot air gun to blow off the BIOS chip on the circuit board, use the programmer to read the data in the BIOS chip, analyze the type of SAP parameter of the hard disk Use the above method to read the SAP information after the above method is used to determine the magnetic head adaptability; use the spare parts with the consistent SPA parameter in the dust -free chamber to replace the head of the fault disk; after the magnetic head is replaced, connect the fault disk to the PC300 for UDMA to try After power -on operation, the hard disk was ready after power -on, and it was able to access the hard disk firmware area.
