Case:
The IBM server of Xin’an is working normally. When editing the video, the computer suddenly did not respond.Refresh the computer or not to access the data normally.Log in to the disk array management interface to view, and all 12 disks are offline.The customer hurriedly restarted the computer and disk array.When you enter the management interface again, you can find that the hard disk is all offline, and you cannot access and configure it normally.
Solution:
The customer immediately contacted our center to help the data recovery. After detailed exchanges and consultations with the customer, they found that the existing status and data of the hard disk and the amount of data were found. All the customers were video files, and the amount of data was about 2TB.It was found that the physical failure of the hard disk caused the server to be offline. Through our server platform, the physical failure and the mirror were successfully treated with a complete single disk information.The customer’s disk array is the RAID5*10 data storage method. There are 2 heat preparation disks, which are processed by analyzing the array parameters and data structure.Fully restore the data, and the customer verification data is correct.
