Case:
Customer Samsung 1TB USB3.0 interface mobile hard disk. During the use process, the hard disk was suddenly unable to recognize. The hard disk connected to the computer motor does not turn, and the hard disk could not be recognized. Customers needed to restore the working files backup in the mobile hard disk.
Solution:
The initial suspect is that the hard disk PCB circuit board is damaged, so the engineer uses a hard disk PCB circuit board with exactly the same model to detect the PCB circuit board with heat exchange.Damage the firmware, scan through underlying data, successfully restore the data required by customers.
