Solution:
Customers send 6 hard disks to detect the No. 5 disk of the fault priority. The hard disk does not pass power to determine the circuit board failure.Then test the remaining 5 hard disks one by one, and even a surprising result. All the hard disks all showed in an incomparable state, and the circuit board was faulty.Find the corresponding spare parts PCB for maintenance of the circuit failure, then cloned the data of each hard disk, and finally perform underlying analysis and data reorganization of mirror files.Because the amount of data is not particularly large, after more than half a day, the data extraction is completed and 100%recovers.
