Solution:
According to the customer’s description, the hard disk should be caused by the physical bad sector, but further testing is needed to determine.After receiving the hard disk, use a special hard disk detection equipment for testing. It is confirmed that the hard disk has been defective. A small amount of physical bad ducts have occurred, which causes some data to be lost and cannot be copied. It takes about 10 hours to recover.After the restoration, the customer left the hard disk in our company to restore the data. After the data recovered the next day, the customer notified the customer to verify the data, and the data 100 recovered.
