Customer hard disk is the green label 2TB monitoring level hard disk of western data. After the hard disk is powered on, the sound of abnormal noise is made, and there is a sound of the plate.
Solution:
It was found that the magnetic head was damaged by the engineer’s test. The magnetic head of the magnetic head was replaced in the 100 -level dust -free laboratory, and then fixed the firmware through UDMA, analyzed the data structure, and finally successfully recovered the data.
