Open a Laptop Hard Drive
The removal of the hard drive’s motherboard is very simple, as long as the red circle at the screws are removed, you can directly take the board down.
This is the other side after the removal. The red is the clock chip of the hard disk, the yellow one is the cache chip, and the purple one is the master control of the hard disk.

If you want to remove the case of the hard drive, you must also remove a few screws, but be aware that there is a screw in the middle of the hard drive that is hidden to reveal the nameplate, which is the position of the middle red circle.
Uncovered platter, because it is a two-disc hard drive, so there should be a piece of this below, platter 250GB, both sides are to save data.
Look inside the hard disk, it is actually very simple, heads, docking area, and platters.
The removed head module has three heads because it is a two-disc hard disk.
