Case:
The customer’s Western Digital 320G desktop hard disk. After the computer is powered on, it cannot enter the operating system. The hard disk cannot be recognized normally in the BIOS. When the case is turned on, the electronic card is burnt. The customer wants to restore all the data.
Solution:
The customer sent the hard disk to our center for data recovery. The engineer once again checked the hard disk and confirmed that the hard disk circuit board was burned and the motor was damaged. The batches of circuit boards and motors were replaced during the recovery process. After 4 hours of work, the data recovered successfully.
