Puxi’s personal customers, after the customer’s description, the hard disk accidentally fell to the ground, and then could not recognize the hard disk when I received the computer, and there was a noise.After understanding the data recovery company, we chose us, hoping that we can get the data back.
Solution:
The engineer was detected and found that the hard disk magnetic head was damaged.So the engineer first opened the disc in the 100-level dust purification room and handled the plate; then replaced the matching magnetic head, and used the PC3000-UDMA to perform physical mirror images of the hard disk; finally analyzed the mirror file and exported the data.Eventually, the data recovery was successful.
