Case:
The customer is 6 hard disks for the IBM X3650M3 server. The RAID5 is made. The hard disk capacity is 146G operating system is Windows Server 2003 64 -bit, and the database SQL Server 2008 64 -bit.On the 2nd error, the customer replaced the new disk, carried out a Rebuild, and at about 30%, the No. 3 hard disk suddenly reported the error.
Solution:
We started to mirrify all hard disks, and then handled the bad hard disk accordingly. Finally, manually analyzed the original RAID5 parameters and successfully restored all database files.
